In such cases, full refunds will be issued. • Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary. • In case of an obvious error in price or description, the customer will be offered the correct price or a full cancellation. • Customers must provide accurate personal details. 3. Shipping & Cancellation Policy

• Self-pickup - free of charge, by prior arrangement. • Delivery - available at an extra cost, based on the delivery address. • Delivery time - based on inventory and coordination. • Order cancellation - up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. • Cancellations after this time may incur delivery fees if already dispatched. • Fresh baked goods are considered perishable items and cannot be returned after delivery.
