Hi, I'm Naama!

I bake gluten-free sourdough breads - natural, nutritious, satisfying and most importantly - delicious.

All breads are baked daily from only natural ingredients, in a gluten-free environment. There are no compromises here - not on taste, not on health, nor on texture.

I am a celiac who was diagnosed late in life, and when I tried to quit gluten - I couldn't find substitutes that actually tasted good to me, and I didn't want to replace one poison with another. I wanted something that was good for the body and good for the soul.

So I set out to research. I tried, I asked, I experimented, I fermented - Until I created my bread that I was proud of: real bread, gluten-free, that doesn't try to be something it's not, and most importantly - that I love to eat. And now you too!
