My bread is here to lift you up
When I set out to bake gluten-free bread, I wanted a clean, basic bread, with an uncompromising flavor. I wanted to simplify: just flour, water, and a natural binder to replace gluten.
Since no gluten-free grain or legume tastes, feels, or behaves quite like wheat - I explored recipes that combine several types of flours, gradually learning what each one brings to the table. I wanted harmony - every ingredient having its own meaningful and distinct role.
This is how my bread was born: made from good flours, balanced, rich, and with an exceptional texture. No rice flour, no xanthan, no yeast.
It’s a living bread, handmade, slowly fermented with natural sourdough. Baked fresh every morning in a special bread oven. Gluten-free. And above all - delicious.
It’s suitable for celiac, those sensitive to gluten, and anyone looking for a natural bread with truly high nutritional value.
Another word on health: This bread was created to do good - inside and out. My celiac and the search for my bread made me pay attention to what I eat - without meaning to, I became much more aware of what’s in my bread: fiber, protein, sodium, and iron. I wanted it to contain everything that’s good for the body, without giving up the taste I love.
